Not a Laughing Matter

It is polite to laugh with people, but not at people. Meaning, if everybody is in on the joke it is all right. If a few people are the subject or butt of the joke, then it could be ill mannered.



All the same, in this video I think I am laughing at the laughing talk show host the most.
